Dino began his barbering career in London, initially focusing on long hair. He sought to master sharp fading techniques, he joined an Afro Barbershop where he honed his fading skills.

Soon after, he opened his first barbershop and learned the ins and outs of business. However, realising he wanted to expand his career, he sold the shop and joined a company that would enable him to grow as an educator and deepen his knowledge of men's hair.

During this time, Dino envisioned a brand that would empower barbers to thrive alongside the brand itself, allowing them to make significant decisions. This vision led to the creation of Paradigm - Male Image, culminating in the opening of our first shop in 2019, setting a standard for men's salons and fostering unity among stylists working collaboratively
